At Windsor Castle on St. George’s Day, 1348, Edward III held his first celebration of the Order of the Garter in fulfilment of his vow to establish an Arthurian order. Thereafter were annual celebrations of St. George’s Day marked with tournaments and feasting. In keeping with this tradition, we invite you to join us in a sumptuous three-course feast with fifteen total dishes, among them venison, roast duck, and shellfish.
